Privacy Policy

We take privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and is compatible with the EU GDPR.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Server logs

When you visit our website, our hosting provider (Ionos) automatically collects technical data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, referrer URL, browser, and operating system. This data is processed to ensure operation and is deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

2.2 Contact form

When you use the contact form, you submit the following data: name, company (optional), email address, phone number (optional), and your message. We use this data exclusively to handle your inquiry.

Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS) to our n8n server. Data is stored in our internal system and not shared with third parties.

2.3 Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service from the EU. Plausible uses no cookies and collects no personal data. It captures anonymised aggregate data such as visitor count, pages viewed, and approximate region (country/city).

3. Cookies

This website does not set tracking cookies. Technically necessary cookies (e.g. session) may be used that are required for operation and contain no personal data.

4. External services

The following external services are integrated:

  • Google Fonts: to deliver the Inter typeface. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. Alternative: self-hosting can be set up on request.
  • Plausible Analytics: see point 2.3.
  • Ionos hosting: the web server on which this website runs. Located in Germany.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Information about the data stored about you
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion of your data, unless statutory retention obligations apply
  • Restriction of processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability

6. Data security

We use TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmission. Personal data is stored on secured servers within the EU.

7. Storage duration

Data from contact requests is stored for as long as required to handle the inquiry, plus to fulfil statutory retention obligations (e.g. up to 10 years under commercial law).

8. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to align with current legal requirements or changes to our services.
