The problem

Data already exists somewhere in your system. But someone has to manually transfer it into templates daily, format, export as PDF, and send. It costs hours and produces errors.

Our solution

Data source connected, template defined once, trigger set (time, event, click). After that, it runs. Email delivery, filing in the right folder, archiving. All automatic.

Real-world example

At a Swiss textile company, measurement data from flammability tests is automatically converted into test protocols, signed, and emailed to responsible parties. What used to take hours of manual work per order now runs fully automatically.

02 · Email and notifications

The right information at the right time to the right person.

The problem

Status updates, reminders, escalations. Who handles them? Usually someone who has more important things to do. And sometimes forgets.

Our solution

An event in the system (order received, deadline reached, threshold exceeded) triggers an automatic message to the right person. With escalation stages if no response.

03 · System integrations

Your tools talk to each other. Even when they're not supposed to.

The problem

ERP, CRM, accounting, webshop, inventory. Each tool only knows its own data. Staff transfer information multiple times, with errors and delay.

Our solution

We connect systems via APIs or databases. A webshop order lands automatically in the ERP. A booking in accounting appears in the CRM. No more duplicated effort.

04 · Forms and data capture

What's entered is processed immediately.

The problem

Paper forms or PDF forms that get printed, filled out, scanned, and manually re-typed. Delay, errors, doubled effort.

Digital forms on tablets, smartphones, or PC. Data flows directly into your systems, no manual transfer. With validation, required fields, and auto-complete.

05 · Approvals and workflows

06 · Data processing and export

Numbers live in different systems. For weekly reporting, someone has to gather, clean, format, and place them into a template. Every week from scratch.

We collect raw data from all sources, clean it, merge it, and provide the result as a dashboard, Excel report, or PDF. Daily, weekly, or on demand.

What is n8n?
n8n is an automation tool. Like an invisible employee that connects different programs and runs tasks autonomously. It runs in the background, around the clock. No expensive subscription with a major vendor, the software runs directly at your site.
Local or cloud?
Both possible. We clarify it in the initial conversation. With sensitive data, you benefit from a local solution on your own server. Others prefer cloud. Both work.
Do we need to be technically savvy?
No. You describe your process in plain words. We translate it into a working automation. No IT knowledge required.
What if we say no after the test phase?
No problem. The prototype is removed without trace. No costs, no obligations. We want you to be convinced. Not forced.
What does it cost?
Each project is individual. We look at your process and provide a concrete estimate: how much time is being lost and what makes sense to automate. Initial consultation and concept are free.
How long until something runs?
We deliver the first working prototype within a maximum of two weeks after the concept call. From there the test phase starts in real operation.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays with you. With local installations, it never leaves your network. With cloud installations, we clearly define where data is stored and who has access. Swiss data protection standards are respected.
